As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that
wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will.
You will have your heart broken probably more than once and
it's harder every time.
You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours
was broken.
You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love
for things an old one did.
You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll
eventually lose someone you love.
So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love
like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you
spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get
back.
G is for Guilt
Without doubt, guilt is one of the
most self-destructive of human emotions. Guilt simply has
no other purpose other than to make the individual
seriously unhappy. Guilt is a big, big part of stress,
anxiety and depression and learning how to deal with it is
important. Guilt arises out of a feeling of remorse or
regret for something you either did or didn’t do. It
is a no-win deal if you indulge it because you’re
always damned if you do or damned if you don’t. No
matter what you do, guilt will always beat you up about it.
I speak from personal experience here because guilt made my
life an absolute misery for 5 years until I learned how to
kick it out of my life. When you eliminate guilt from your
life, you’ll feel like a millstone has been lifted
from your neck.
Footprints
One night I dreamed I was walking along
the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed
across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes
there were two sets of footprints, other times there was
one only.
This bothered me because I noticed that during the low
periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish,
sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints,
so I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, you
would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during
the most trying periods of my life there has only been one
set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most,
have you not been there for me?”
The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only
one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried
you.”
Quotes
“A hundred years from now it will not
matter what my life was like, the struggles I endured, or
the people, including myself, I hurt...but the world may be
different because I was important in the life of a person
struggling with a mental illness."
"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny
matters compared to what lies with in us."

direction we are moving. We must sail sometimes with the
wind and sometimes against it - but sail we must and not
drift, nor lie at anchor."

The tragedy lies in having no goal to reach."

it, and nothing can take its place. No matter what you face
in life, if your passion is great enough, you will find the
strength to succeed. Without passion, life has no meaning.
So put your heart, mind and soul into even your smallest
acts...this is The Essence of passion. This is the secret
to life."

essential, but invisible to the eye."

of the mind and expel your worries and fears you find out
that happiness surfaces from within you.”

This is because the mind was quiet. If you are able to make
your mind quiet during your waking hours, you will
experience happiness.”

create it. There is no need to undergo all kinds of
external experiences in order to enjoy it. It is always
here, deep within your soul.”
